Celebrities have all the fame and money they deserve. They earned it. They worked for it.

Have you ever tried to be famous? It's hard. You can't be famous even if you work your whole life for it sometimes. Plenty of people have spent their entire lives chasing fame and have never achieved it. 

Individuals who have become celebrities have done so through effort and luck. You have to make a large effort in the fame game to even scratch the glass ceiling of fame.

In other words, if you went your whole life never trying to be famous you would never be.

People that are famous based on luck and luck alone are astronomically rare.
