Global Murder Rates Drop, Americas Still "Violent"
Honduras currently has the highest murder rate in the world with the city of San Pedro Sula boasting a murder rate of 90.4 out of every 100,000 people, 15 times the likelihood of murder for the average human being.
There is no such thing as heaven in a city like San Pedro Sula as it would seem. Hell is a place on earth, and its name is San Pedro Sula.
